This session teaches basic Jiu Jitsu and Vale Tudo techniques for the beginner without Gi (traditional Jiu Jitsu wear). This is a full padded 50% power thai boxing technique sparring session with multiple partners. Classes consist of some or all of the following: bag work, pad work, knee sparring and paired technique. You must have passed a Warrant Of Fighting, or have approval from one of the head trainers to participate in this class.
